Human rights is a natural right, it is the same for all, all are human and everyone's way may be different, but if they are all human beings, if someone is wrong, then there is a provision of punishment by law for him, then there should be no talk of hatred. No one should have primacy over anyone, nor discrimination, but the extent of these global concerns is huge.

We should respect the rights of others so that humanity can survive.



 What is the right:- Right is such an opportunity available to the man in the state (nation), which can help him in the development of himself, every civilized man should analyze of own rights and give contribution for uplift of society. we cannot call all the claims as rights, because until that claim does not get the consciousness of the society. , but what is the meaning of society should be unspoken because some rights is related to nature.

 Approach of Rights:- There are different approaches of rights for understanding. Right is derived from liberal ideology, because at the center of liberal is individualism. Rights are born of the individual. Although there are different views regarding the rights of different ideologies, such as - according to Marxism, man is a social animal in which there is no concept of rights and society itself can think about man, Marxism says rights of
capitalism. is a gift. 

 Negative and Positive Rights-

  •  Negative Rights- In this there is no restriction on man by the state like- right to expression 

  •  Positive Rights - In this, arrangements are made by the state to help the man in his own development, such as the right to medicine; Right to employment etc.

Negative right is emphasized in capitalist country (like America) while positive right is emphasized in socialist country (Russia, China).

  1. Natural Rights : - Although many scholars have different opinions about natural rights, but according to social scholars, natural rights came before the origin of the state and the state was born to protect these rights like John Locke According to it the right to life, liberty and property are natural rights. 

  1. Moral Rights:-This right tells the voice of our conscience if someone violates the moral right then there is no provision of punishment in our law for this like if someone needs help, we have the moral right to help him compels. 

  1. Legal Rights:- It is enforced by the state, there is a provision of punishment for its violation, it is equally available to all citizens.

 types of legal rights 

  • Civil Rights:- Right to life, right to equality, rights to freedom
  •  Political Rights:- like right to vote, right to election 
  • Economic Rights- The basic needs of a person are food, clothing, medicine, house etc. related to it like right to work, right to social security in old age

Human Rights: It originated mainly after the Second World War, in which people can appeal for human rights to criticize the law, in which man is seen from the point of view of man whether legal system has been made or not. The more awareness there is in the society, the faster its expansion will also increase. 



 Duties:- We should perform our duties to protect the rights of citizens because being morality and humanity without perform duties should not claim of rights.
